Donna Campbell is an extraordinary travel agent and absolutely tops in her profession. Always gets back to me promptly and seeks out the best travel arrangements at the lowest fares/ rates. "Perseverance" could be her middle name. Also knows our travel preferences and anticipates our needs. Never fails to go the extra mile and sometimes even creates miracles as when my wife made a spur-of-the-moment decision to go to Paris two weeks after one of the terrorist attacks. On two days notice, she arranged to secure free hotel accommodations at a luxury hotel for the purchase of two business class airline tickets. It was an incredible to be an eye witness to the spirit, resolve and resiliency of the French people during that tense time. Donna has also handled some complicated business trips for me on short notice, somehow finding airline seats and hotel rooms where none were seemingly available, and making adjustments on the fly with a positive attitude and great good humor.
